gCar Yachts provides the booking interface and customer support. Yacht operation is fulfilled by a licensed charter partner. The operating company, vessel details, final inclusions and booking terms are confirmed before payment.
Quotes & pricing
Prices displayed on this website are indicative and for guidance only. A binding price is provided in your written quote and confirmed by the booking team. Prices may be subject to VAT and vary by date, duration and extras.
Bookings & payment
A booking is confirmed only once the operating partner accepts the date and the required deposit is received. TODO(owner): deposit %, balance timing and payment methods.
Conduct & safety
Guests must follow the captain’s and crew’s instructions and all Dubai Coast Guard rules at all times, including no night swimming. The captain may amend or shorten a route for safety or weather reasons.
Liability
TODO(owner): liability, insurance and responsibility-for-service clauses to be set with the operating partner, which fulfils the charter.
